On social media, vocalist Kharishma has made grave accusations against fellow performer Makhadzi, claiming that she purposefully blocked the release of her album.
In a string of inflammatory statements on her Facebook page, Kharishma said that Makhadzi is responsible for the months-long delay in her album’s release.
In one post, Kharishma said, “Makhadzi shoot me if you can 🤘🏽 #mabhoss,” Kharishma wrote in one post, followed by another fiery statement: “#Aetswe album yeuwe 🤘🏽 I’ll never rest until 👍 and I’m not afraid of anything 🤞🏼 shoot me if you can✅ Nna ke Mabhoso wa batho ka moka.”
The singer went on to describe her frustrations over the last three months, saying that she has been unable to finish her work because her studio sessions have been manipulated and her concerts have been interrupted.
“Nna lege leka tryer jwang kapa jwang go nyako n’cancel ase selo. Kaore gwa swana di upcoming artists kaofela dia betha and ditshwa mpholo. They are coming for u.” Kharishma wrote.
She continued by claiming that intentional attempts to harm her career had caused her record release to be delayed several times. She has been frequently delayed in studio recordings, with promises of fresh dates that never come to pass, according to her posts.
“Ntwe le diang ba bethe, ke bo pelo mpe modimo otlo lebona. Ke kgale ke kgotleletsi. Nou le mo threaten go motseela dilo tse lereng le mofile for gore aska release album agane ka mmereko”
Despite the alleged sabotage, Kharishma stated her resolve to overcome these obstacles and continue her profession. “I’ll bounce back 👍,” she said in closing.
Makhadzi has not yet addressed the accusations in public. Social media fans’ responses have been divided, with some demanding clarification and others pushing the two musicians to settle their differences amicably.
As supporters, the music industry is keeping a careful eye on this developing drama.
