Regarding the Position

What You Are Going to Do
The assignment of roles and responsibilities will be based on the department’s placement in relation to the focal area of learning and development.
You will acquire a practical understanding of Essity as a business, as well as the ability to meet high business demands and maintain pro-active and results-oriented characteristics within a high-performance culture and diverse workforce.
This opportunity will equip you with a solid foundation to advance and succeed in your profession.
You will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the program.
Your Identity
- Grade 12 (Matric) completion is mandatory for all applicants.
- A tertiary qualification in the following fields must have been effectively completed:
- Chemical engineering, industrial engineering, and operations management
- Biotechnology/Microbiology
- Finance and Management Accounting
- Environmental, safety, and risk management
- Have not been employed full-time in their field of study for more than one year.
- A self-starter who is committed to excellence and has a propensity to learn, and who is able to navigate multifaceted situations with energy.
- Effective communication abilities, including both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in both individual and teamwork.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
