Purpose of the Role

An exciting opportunity for young people who are currently without jobs and are interested in joining Metropolitan Life for a Learnership Program that will last for a year beginning in October 2023!

The purpose of this Learnership program is to provide young people who are currently without jobs with the opportunity to gain internship experience within the insurance sector.
Learners will have the opportunity to obtain a Wealth Management NQF level 4 qualification when they participate in this learnership.
Additionally, they will have the chance to collaborate closely with professionals in the insurance industry and gain knowledge from them.

The prerequisites

Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification from the NQF4
People who were born in South Africa and are between the ages of 18 and 35
Without a job
Having been a member of a group that was previously marginalized
Everyone who is currently living with a disability is encouraged to apply.

The Obligations and Responsibilities

Finalize all of the theoretical learning and evaluations available.
Complete all administrative and reporting responsibilities associated with the role in a timely manner.
Organize, compile, and disseminate documents in accordance with the specified standards within the allotted amount of time

In order to provide an exceptional experience for the customer and to guarantee that the service level agreements with the customer are met and exceeded, it is important to respond to all inquiries in a professional manner.
In addition to assisting in the resolution of client inquiries, it is necessary to screen and route all inquiries that are received to the appropriate stakeholders.
