Function of the Learnership Programme Role
Unemployed individuals within the youth demographic who possess an inclination towards enrolling in the Learnership Programme offered by Metropolitan Life will be afforded the prospect of engaging in a novel and stimulating opportunity commencing in October 2023.
This opportunity is highly suitable for individuals seeking career advancement in the insurance industry, demonstrating a keen interest in sales and customer service, and possessing the requisite skills and attributes.
The primary aim of this Learnership program is to afford young individuals the chance to acquire practical knowledge and skills through active engagement within the insurance sector.
Participants in this learnership will be afforded the opportunity to acquire a Wealth Management NQF level 4 certification while concurrently benefiting from close collaboration with and knowledge acquisition from insurance industry professionals.
Learnership Programme Requirements :
A qualification that is equivalent to the NQF4 level.

Learnership Programme List of Duties and Obligations
It is crucial that all theoretical learning assessments are completed.
