Duties & Responsibilities

- Is in charge of maintaining a clean environment in the scullery.

- Ensure that all of the company’s crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils for the kitchen and dining room are kept to the required level of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- To guarantee that the refuse from the scullery area is removed.
- To provide assistance in other parts of the unit when it is needed, and to comply with any and all reasonable requests made by management.
- It is necessary to clean the refrigerators that are located in the walk-in cold rooms.
- You may not store any cleaning supplies anywhere that the public can access.
In locations where cleaning is currently taking place, safety signs and boards are required to be positioned. - At all times, give careful attention to the appearance of the outside of the store, making sure that it is spotless and inviting.
- The back of the store is required to maintain a clean and organized appearance at all times and must adhere to all applicable health regulations.
- When the unit is not particularly busy, the cleaner is expected to lend a hand in a number of other areas.
