Sappi Tugela Factory/Mill situated in Mandeni, KZN, requires an Operator: Field (Refibre) to Helps the Process Controller:
Refibre in the proficient activity of the waste plant as per quality principles and the best working practice.
This job reports to the Subject matter Specialist: Process
The fundamental obligations of this occupation are:
Takes and hands over the shift.
Helps Process Operator : Refibre with setting up the Refibre Plant for fire up (for example opening of hand valves, visual keeps an eye on repulper levels).
Helps the Process Operator: Refibre with fire up and close down of Refibre Plant.
Helps Process Operator: Refibre with observing and controlling the waste plant process boundaries
Decide whether there are issues with the repulpers which might cause personal time and report any imperfections to the Process Operator: Refibre.
Clean thickener to forestall blockages.
Clean sump containers to forestall squander plant rejects from leading to profluent issues
Direct Standard Plant Checks and report imperfections to the Interaction Administrator: Refibre.
Figure out the SHEQ prerequisites of the gig.
Distinguish and make a restorative move as far as SHEQ conditions and dangers.
Conform to all significant SHEQ prerequisites.
