A Synopsis of the Position
At Pedros, a call center agent is accountable for managing incoming calls from customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about the restaurant, including the menu, services, and policies.
The most important objective is to accurately take down and send orders to the stores to be fulfilled.
Obligations and the Responsibilities:
It is important to have a complete understanding of the menu at the restaurant in terms of the items that we are providing.
For the benefit of the customers, you should provide detailed descriptions of the items on the menu and make recommendations.
Take orders for delivery and collection over the phone at your convenience.
Record the customers’ preferences and any special instructions in an accurate manner, and make sure to coordinate this with the store.
Customers should be assisted in making changes to their existing orders and special requests, and changes should be communicated to the associated stores.
Cross-selling and up-selling are two types of sales.
Determine the opportunities that exist to upsell or promote additional items, beverages, or services to the customer.
It would be beneficial to provide pertinent information and recommendations in order to improve the dining experience of customers and to increase sales revenue.
As a prerequisite:
Matriculation is required.
Computer literacy and proper phone manners are required for this position.
In addition to having strong verbal and written skills, familiarity with incoming phone calls
Previous experience working in a call center or a role that is comparable
