Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize customer marketing strategies to surpass customer expectations.
- Comply with the stock loss controls in the store.
- Guarantee that each target is consistently achieved.
- Capacity to identify opportunities to increase attrition in order to maximize and drive sales.
- Optimize sales by maintaining sanitation and adhering to our visual merchandising standards.
- Establish an environment that is conducive to inspiration. Have a good time.
- Execute all transactions – receive, verify, and process all forms of payment, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and any other acceptable method.
- Ensure that all outgoing stock, items, and scripts are scanned and paid for.
- Handle all loyalty cards, including those of accelerated partners.
- Develop a professional rapport with consumers and offer them friendly, helpful, and courteous advice and assistance.
- Inform management of client compliments and grievances.
- Ensure that all customer stock inquiries are addressed and resolved.

Minimum Requirement
- Matriculation or Equivalent
- Up to six months of retail experience
