Description of the Job
Providing patients with porter services between the hospital reception, the doctor’s suites, the emergency department, and the various units and wards within the hospital, as well as welcoming patients in a manner that is both friendly and professional.
Minimum Requirements For Experience And Qualifications:
One year of experience working as a Porter.
The experience of working in a private hospital is preferred.
Basic Requirements for the Position:
The needs of each and every patient and customer should be attended to in a professional manner.
When patients are transferred within the hospital
Documents, medications, and other objects are moved from one hospital department to another.
Ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained throughout all daily duties.
It is important to provide an admissions process that is centered on the customer in the most effective manner possible.
Patients should be provided with information regarding all aspects of bookings and admissions in accordance with the standards of Clinix.
Whenever it is necessary, provide assistance to patients in accurately filling out the appropriate forms and documents.
