Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage and monitor the internal development team about the execution of SOP processes to ensure an efficient workflow across diverse activities.
- Ensure that all development SOP paperwork is promptly received from team members and accurately filed.
- To compile weekly minutes of development meetings and distribute them to the development team, including a follow-up on action items from the meeting.
- To establish and maintain an organized filing system for project material.
- To compile a compliance handover file containing all Certificates of Compliance (COCs), Plan Submission Applications, Business License Applications, Approved Plans, and Occupation Certificates for each project.
- Coordinate with Operations to obtain service certificates or compliance paperwork for existing stores.
- Support the Project Managers and Procurement Manager in soliciting estimates and verifying requirements as necessary.
- Sustain a current project tracker to be disseminated to pertinent stakeholders regularly.
- Organize departmental activities and ensure all members are informed of the scheduled events.
- Aid GDM in arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize trip arrangements encompassing flights, lodging, and transportation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Technologically proficient with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Robust interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Proactive methodology for resolving issues
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
