1. Housekeeper
Key role responsibilities include managing and maintaining the neatness/cleanliness of Argyle Branch during operating hours. Those interested in applying for this role should at least have a minimum experience in housekeeping. No further requirements were mentioned by the company in order to apply.
Responsibilities detailed below:
- Always be in uniform,
- Maintain personal and branch hygiene,
- Manage the neatness of Branch areas(Parking,toilets,inside branch,etc) during working hours and closing times.
- Properly use cleaning equipment and dispose junk in allocated areas.
- Maintain the neatness standard of furniture, devices/equipment and other machinery.
- Maintain neatness throughout operating hours,
- Safely use cleaning chemicals,
- Report out of stock chemicals and damaged cleaning equipment.
The skills and competencies required are planning, maximizing neatness within time-frames and can focus on the intended areas that need cleaning.
2. Betting Clerks x4
There are currently open vacancies in Parow Branch x2, Bellville and Wynderg in the Western Cape Province. The role will carry out assisting clients with handling bet registrations, carry out payouts and other cash requirements, client services and handling of client complaints or issues.
Interested candidates who are keen to apply are urged to have minimum requirements of Computer skills, 1 to 2 years’ in the industry is an advantage, ability to manage cash according to company rules and policies/regulations, has a depth knowledge of betting types, house keeping and executes given tasks.
The role is responsible to keep boards,cards, memos and so forth updated,apply betting knowledge to assist clients, inform large bets to Team leader or Managers, responsible handling of cash and alert team of any issues or fraud attempts.
Skills and Competencies include having an understanding of procedures, bet types, handling of cash and being able to identify issues.
3. Mobile Clerks(Field) x2
Another entry level opportunity which only requires or has minimum requirements of only 6 months to 12 months experience as Mobile Clerk. The role is intended to assist clients with betting and accounts issues, reach allocated various targets and assist account holders. The Mobile Clerks are to be based in Hollywoodbets Soweto branch, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities include wearing company uniform, reaching given targets, assist account holders while handling/resolving issues, be part of company campaigns and/or promotions, ensure new account applicants submit all FICA documents and ensure documents are sent to the correct departments. Other responsibilities are housekeeping(managing neatness and paperwork in your surrounding) and work in other branches when requested.
