Job Purpose
To give front-work desk service and support to the clients and guests.
Key Outputs:
• Perform front of house functional services including receiving calls, taking of messages, making calls on behalf of employees
• Provide a reception administration including welcoming guests and guiding them towards embraced appointments
• Responsible for the booking service of boardrooms and parking
• Taking of minutes during meetings, typing and dissemination thereof
• Receiving and capturing of building audit sheets information and filing thereof
• Ordering, handling and delivering of required stationery for all employees
• Receiving and arranging of post, and reaching recipient workers for collection
• Regular communication with workers by means of email in regards to office the management issues
• Provide and carry out administrative roles/support to different business segments
• Help with administration for project works and special assignments
Qualifications/Requirements/Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Certificate in Receptionist/Administration/Secretarial
• Legitimate SA Drivers Permit
• 6 months relevant involvement in switchboard operation as well as secretarial capacity
• Administration/Reception/Switchboard training preferably in a customer orientated environment
• MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
