DUTIESPERFORMANCE STANDARDS
·        Attend management and pack meetings as required. ·        Conduct operational meetings on a weekly basis. ·        Compile, change and manage all areas monthly. ·        Compile reports for the pack on a weekly/monthly basis. ·        Keep standard operating procedures up to date and ensure that these policies are adhered to daily. ·        Control budget daily. ·        Approve and control all purchases daily. ·        Approve all new employment as required. ·        Keep track of all disciplinary hearings on a weekly basis ·        Conduct all disciplinary hearings as required. ·        Assess training needs on a yearly basis. ·        Nominate employees to undergo training as required. ·        Control performance appraisals on a quarterly basis. ·        Keep statistics on a quarterly basis. ·        Conduct performance appraisals. ·        Check and control PSIRA registrations monthly. ·        Control petrol expenses monthly. ·        Manage and control firearm scanning and compliance on a weekly basis. ·        Ensure FAMS compliance,1.      Bullet resistant inners & Plate scanning monthly,2.      Checklist of firearm safekeeping compliance per Branch. ·        Grant increases according to performance on a yearly basis.·        Ensure knowledge of pack ·        Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) daily. ·        Ensure regular meetings are held with recorded minutes. ·        Ensure budget control. ·        Ensure compliance with training program and firearm licenses. ·        Ensure updated PSIRA registration. ·        Ensure recruitment, awards, promotions and time sheets are submitted according to standard. ·        Ensure stats are up to date and available to required parties.
