Job Description

Vacancy : Sales Call Centre Agent
Region : Campus/Bosasa
Reporting to : Call Centre Manager

The overall goal of the position is to:

Our company is looking for Sales Call Center Agents who will act as the liaison between our company and its existing customers as well as potential customers at this time.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate ownership by successfully selling multiple products to both existing customers and new potential customers, while simultaneously maintaining customer satisfaction as the primary focus of all decisions and actions.
It is necessary to possess a natural sales ability in order to sell products over the phone.

Obligations and Responsibilities for:

Offering a variety of products to prospective customers who have been contacted through a number of different channels
The process of making a significant number of outbound calls in a timely manner
Managing and overcoming objections from customers, with a particular emphasis on opening, closing, and telephone etiquette, such as showing buying signals
Questioning customers in order to determine their requirements
Maintaining a minimum level of sales targets
Reaching a minimum score of 90 percent in both Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance inspections

Accomplishing all of the daily and monthly ARPU goals
It is necessary to ask each and every customer for a referral lead in order to achieve daily and monthly sales conversions.
In order to achieve daily talk time and the number of dials per day
Adherence to call centre “scripts”, verifying client information, declaration etc.
When the opportunity presents itself, seize it to upsell additional products.
By going above and beyond, you can cultivate long-lasting relationships with your customers and engage them.
Accurate recording of sales and confidential information pertaining to customers
Precision in the scheduling of appointments
E-mail communication with customers and clients

Minimum requirements for experience and qualifications:

Matric
Three years or more of experience working in a sales outbound call center (telematics experience is a plus), a proven track record of success in an outbound sales call center position, and the ability to work and be available on weekends and after hours if necessary
Every month, there must be at least one Saturday.
