Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to become a member of our team.
The exemplary candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of marketing products to clients while simultaneously ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Salesperson will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, discerning their requirements, and proposing products that most effectively address those needs.
This individual will endeavor to attain sales objectives and contribute to the overall advancement of the organization.
Summary
To generate revenue and optimize profitability from sales and services through the provision of exceptional customer service.
Principal Responsibilities
- Engage in sales initiatives to facilitate the generation of revenue.
- Attain the established sales budget and targets, as well as the projected income.
- Attract and retain clientele through effective merchandising strategies. Administer cash and credit transactions in accordance with established policies.
- Engage with consumers in a manner that prioritizes their needs and preferences. Execute sales initiatives to facilitate revenue generation.
- Efficient self-regulation and collaborative collaboration.
- Act as the Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Essential prerequisites
- Grade 12 education is required.
- A minimum of 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably within the retail sector, is desired.
