1. Maintenance Assistant x2 (Permanent)
The critical qualifications for this role are as follows:
- Grade 12 or any equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ in a similar vacancy role
- Must have knowledge in fundamental maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning experience.

2. Cleaner (Grade 8) Permanent vacancy
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Grade 8 or any equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in working in cleaning offices.
- Good team work skills, communication(Including reading and writing) skills and can work without supervision.
Key responsibilities include carry out cleaning roles (cleaning offices, labs and others), is able to organize tea supplies during meetings and also cleaning material, and lastly the management of cleaning utensils.
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of R84 862 and the Closing date is on the 18th May 2022.

3. Handyman (Grade 12) Permanent role
To qualify for this role you need to have obtained a Grade 12 qualification, has knowledge in MS Products, the study of Operations/ facilities/ Building maintenance and is adherent to safety rules, has a valid driver’s license (Code 8 ), willing to work overtime and currently has at least 5 years’ of experience in a similar role (Building maintenance, upkeep of premises, Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning experience).
Brief explanation of role:
Will work closely with the Supervisor to carry out the management and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities will include working on plumbing, electrical, building repairs, etc, carry out the management of activities, respond to emergency call outs, transport staff and machinery to the required areas and control disposal of waste material.
Annual salary is R162 990 and the closing date for this post is 24/05/2022.
