Purpose Statement

Experience
Minimum:
- Candidate with a relevant tertiary qualification may be considered in lieu of 3 to 6 months of prior client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Ideal:
- Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client-facing environment More than one year of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Optimal or Preferential)
- A pertinent tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge Minimum:
- Basic calculations are comprehended and understood.
Ideal:
- Retail/consumer service environment
Understanding and expertise in the following:
- Products of Capitec Bank
- Business protocols and procedures that are internal to the organization
- Organizational Policies, such as the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP), but not limited to them
Abilities
- Skill in Communication
- Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills
- MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook are all examples of computer literacy.
Employment Conditions
- Candidate must possess a clear criminal and credit history
- Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
