Expertise, Competencies, and Background
- Communication skills – proficient in English (other languages would be advantageous)

Principal Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a superior purchasing experience for the customer. – Aid customers in locating desired goods and products – Address consumer inquiries and concerns
- Cashier Responsibilities – Execute cash and card transactions – Manage Lay Bys – Facilitate client refunds – Report anomalies and issues to the supervisor – Balance the till
- Merchandising – Verify accurate pricing and presentation of goods – Maintain product availability on the sales floor – Housekeeping – Stay informed about promotions
- Risk – Ensure products are labeled according to corporate policy – Participate in inventory audits – Remain vigilant for shoplifters and fraudulent activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to Management
