We are looking for someone to fill the position of Shop Assistants, and we would love to have you join our team!

Crucial Aspects of Performance

The delivery of exceptional customer service with the aim of providing customers with an extraordinary experience.
Give careful consideration to the distinct and customized shopping needs of every individual customer, and consistently prioritize the customer’s requirements above all else.
Ensuring customers receive prompt and relevant service, both in-person on the sales floor and over the phone.
Adhere to all essential guidelines for delivering customer service.

Assessing the specific requirements of customers and offering advice on product choice, pricing, and warranties

Selling products and, most importantly, additional sales and services
Making sure that the products are displayed and priced appropriately
Making sure that promotions are carried out in a timely manner and that their execution is planned in advance

Ensuring that all merchandising/layouts and housekeeping standards and schedules are adhered to consistently
The prompt and efficient preparation, execution, and upkeep of all sales promotions that have been advertised.
Supplying the Store Manager with data on the fast-selling and slow-selling products.

Participating in stock counts and stock takes.
Reduce the amount of stock that is lost
Reduce costs as much as possible in the area of responsibility
Increase revenue in every possible way
Safeguard the assets of the company within the scope of responsibility

Prerequisites

  1. Certificate of Matriculation
  2. Retail experience over a period of six months
  3. In order to be able to work shifts, you are required to have your own reliable transportation or to have your own transportation.

In general

  1. To carry out any additional duties that are pertinent and have been requested by Senior Management
  2. to participate in all required forms of mandatory and service training as necessary
  3. Ensuring that all information is kept in complete and total secrecy
  4. Conducting regular evaluations and reviews of one’s own personal development
  5. To accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date.
  6. To fully cooperate with respect to the introduction of any new technology and new methods.
