A Site Administrator position is available in the Gauteng region at Servest parking, a business unit of Servest.
The successful candidate will report to the SITE SENIOR MANAGER.
Required: A minimum of 2-3 years of site administration experience and relevant tertiary qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen; Grade 12 and/or a pertinent tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site administration and related responsibilities in a similar work environment. (Preferred: prior experience with parking)

Responsibilities and Duties
- Parking-related obligations.
- Assigned administrative responsibilities and provided support for internal and external relationships, as directed by site management, while adhering to company and departmental processes and procedures.
- Effective, proactive assistance and support are provided as required through excellent communication with and between colleagues, internal departments, and external parties (tenants, service providers).
- Proactive administration to guarantee that parking equipment and pay stations are tidy, secure, and well-maintained in accordance with the property management’s standards.
- The receptionist responsibilities are executed with efficiency and enthusiasm when necessary.
- The timely and effective execution of the following responsibilities
- Every day, the parking revenue is collected from the pay station/s.
- The collection and compilation of the parking report from the automated system, as well as the preparation (to ensure accuracy) and submission of the parking reconciliation reports by the due dates.
