Responsibilities and Obligations
- To attain the annual sales budget by fulfilling and surpassing daily and monthly targets to maintain business viability.
- To oversee and regulate the financial elements of operating the store to guarantee profitability.
- To comply with merchandising guidelines in accordance with brand specifications to guarantee an optimal product mix.
- To facilitate effective stock management and control, hence minimizing loss and ensuring product availability, through the monitoring of stock-related hazards.
- To provide outstanding customer service to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
- To cultivate exemplary relationships with all pertinent service providers, both internal and external.
- To efficiently manage human resources through recruitment, strategic planning, and accurate payroll administration.
- To inspire, encourage, cultivate, and ensure accountability effectively.
- Align team members with the company culture and foster enjoyment.
- Enforce all organizational policies and protocols.

Essential Criteria
- Microsoft – Computer Competence
- Unblemished criminal record. Proficient in efficient communication across all levels.
Professional Background
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Store Management
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in retail
- Experience in a major retail establishment with an annual turnover of R 20 million.
