Least Requirements:

Grade 12/NQF 4 or Higher with Maths and Science
Conversant in English (Spoken, Written and Reading Proficiency)
Created between private and cooperative abilities
Middle of the road Problem-Solving Capability
Able to work at profundity in an underground activity
Rudimentary Computer Literacy
Be proclaimed restoratively fit for the position and, not entirely settled by a gamble based clinical assessment at the Gold Fields Occupational Health Center and breeze through a Heat Tolerance Screening assessment, and such different tests as might be expected to survey the candidate's reasonableness for work.
Should have confirmation of full COVID-19 immunization or be completely inoculated by the date of commitment

Obligations and Responsibilities:

Commit and stick toward the South Deep Learner Miner Program as indicated by recommended MQA/DMRE and characterized preparing educational plans
Apply and keep up with constancy in sticking to preparing projects, evaluations and useful exercises
Accept proprietorship and responsibility for keeping up with endorsed learnership speed and start execution input and formative conversations
Advance cooperation, take part in cooperative learning and training works out
Maintain all wellbeing and security rules/guidelines material on the mine
