Job Purpose
Effectively work with every one of the administrative functions in the centralized VKB Fuels division relating to planning and cash flow.
Requirements:
• Grade 12/NQF 4
• Experience inside the petroleum and retail industry will be a benefit.
• Minimum of 3 years’ involvement in and administrative job managing orders, capturing invoices and addressing complaints.
• Knowledge of replenishment levels will be a benefit.
• Computer literate in MS Office is fundamental.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fundamental financial recordkeeping and reporting within VKB System.
• Continuous contact between suppliers with respect to fuels deliveries.
• Guarantee that VKB Fuels’ strategies and techniques are adhered to.
• All organization activity relating to scheduling.
• Capturing GRV’s as per VKB strategy and procedure and recordkeeping thereof to guarantee audit trail.
• Help fuel branches with questions a scheduling of fuel deliveries.
• Attending training interventions as is expected occasionally.
• Other occupation related regulatory capabilities.
