BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
Support the training function, which primarily undertakes the arrangement and co-ordination of workshops to run smoothly and effectively.
Ensuring that training records and related data are captured in a timely manner on an LMS tool, with minimal delays allowing for easy of retrieval and reference.
Engaging with trainers and team leads to gather the necessary information for updating the skills matrix, ensuring alignment between the matrix and actual employee skills.
Ensuring that training records are easily accessible to authorized personnel, such as trainers, HR department, and managers.
Data analysis of training interventions
Assisting in general office enquiries and task
Provide audit support and compliance information for internal and external reviews and audits
Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
Provide relative reports based on the metrics captured from training and management data.
