Cook Duties & Responsibilities

Work effectively in a group setting while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
preserving high levels of both quality and cleanliness in accordance with Fedics criteria
Food preparation and presentation, ensuring accurate portion control, and on-time delivery of the food are some of the responsibilities that fall under this category.
Contribute to the formulation of menus and the management of stock
Ready to put up extra hours if and when they’re needed
Maintain a current awareness of both emerging food trends and established industry standards.

Cook Abilities and Proven Capabilities

Abilities in communication (verbal and written)
Literate in using computers
Organizing and planning skills
Interpersonal skills
Team Player Great food skills
Great abilities in providing service to clients and customers Excellent organizational abilities

Cook Qualifications

Demonstrated competence in the kitchen
A tertiary culinary certification together with one to two years of experience in a capacity that is comparable would be beneficial.
