Position Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opening in the Human Resources (HR) Department.
KwaZulu-Natal-based Business Administration Learnerships are now accepting applications from qualified candidates with the necessary skills and experience.
The candidate selected will report directly to the HR Coordinator.
Please note that this position will only be considered for candidates located in and around Premier.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Complete the NQF level three Business Administration Learnership Programme.
Offer administrative support throughout the year, particularly during peak business periods and team absences.
The Learnership is a structured integrated learning program that combines formal training with structured work experience.
Requirements :
This position is open exclusively to people living with disabilities.
Candidates:
– Must be South African citizens
– Must be between the ages of 18 and 34
– Must have a minimum of Matric with Maths/ Maths Literacy and English (pass rate of at least 40%)
– Must be unemployed
– Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership (NQF Level 3 Business Administration) at another company or organization
– Must be able to provide a letter from their doctor describing the nature of their disability.
Self-driven
– Attentive to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
– Capacity to function in a flexible work environment
– Capability to work in a high-pressure environment
– No criminal record or poor credit history
– Candidates cannot be enrolled in any full-time formal studies
