This person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the workshop by making use of the appropriate cleaning agents and cleaning tools.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
- Must be able to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours
- Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Must be medically fit
- Must be reliable
- Must work in a safe manner by ensuring that all safety requirements are adhered
Duties & Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Responsible for the daily cleaning of the workshop area, including emptying trash cans, maintaining restrooms, and cleaning communal surfaces
- You are responsible for keeping the outside walkways clean and clear at all times.
- Immediately inform the management of the building of any necessary repairs.
- Thorough cleaning of the entire property
- Maintaining environment.
- General housekeeping tasks.
