Job Description

Inbound:
• Guarantee and supervise that the receiving of products are finished by Volvo procedures.
• To guarantee that all parts are received precisely against documentation and inside recommended time as set by KPI norms.
• To timeously record all disparities on the GDS framework when parts received are not adjusting to principles and to report portrayals and part numbers.
• Guarantee that parts are binned by framework designations and not as per name portions.
Outbound:
• Process all client request demands and guarantee right picking, pressing and delivery of parts as indicated by the Volvo procedure
• Must consistently ensure that the framework is refreshed after approval.
• To ensure the right parts and amounts are dispatched according to receipt.
• To give a productive and successful support of the studio by guaranteeing that all Specialists accept their parts when orders are handled, and parts are picked.
Credit Notes:
• To guarantee that credit notes are checked and closed down for handling. All credit notes to be recorded in grouping and put away.
• To guarantee that the right procedures are followed while handling credits for example No electrical parts are returned and so forth.
• Perpetual Stock Counts and Bi Confirmations.
• Guaranteeing that perpetual counts are finished consistently according to set amounts on the absolute volume of the Warehouse.
• To ensure a thorough examination is done when disparities happen.

House Keeping:

Exchange Parts:
• Guarantee parts from client are at the agreed trade norms (See Manual).
• Liable for physical receiving and stockpiling.
• Answerable for preparing supplier/center returns.
• Guarantee that the pressing and naming of center parts be received back to PDC.
Health and Safety:
• To guarantee that all distribution center staff complies with the guidelines and guidelines put away in the Volvo strategies in regards to health and safety
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Warehouse management or at least three years warehousing experience.
