Description of the Job
Anova is a nongovernmental organization (NGO) that works to empower individuals and improve lives.
What drives us to provide those who have the greatest need for our healthcare solutions and support is the desire to improve both their health and quality of life.
In order to ensure that the following businesses are able to run smoothly, we are searching for two receptionists who will be in charge of supervising and managing the switchboard as well as the reception area.

Principal Obligations
Maintain order and control in the front desk area.
Always ensure that the lobby is clean and uncluttered.
Attend to any and all incoming calls, and handle them in a manner that is both professional and sensitive.
Please take the messages and see to it that they are delivered as soon as possible.
Make the guests feel welcome and either answer their questions or point them in the right direction.
Wherever visitors are scheduled to meet with Anova employees, the appropriate internal staff should be notified of their arrival.
Keep the sign-in registers in good order.
Providing the management team with general administrative support, such as making copies and scanning documents.
Make reservations for conference rooms to accommodate required trainings and meetings. Verify that the reservation has been made and the location of the event.
Documentation pertaining to suppliers or employees, for example, may require completion, maintenance, distribution, or filing depending on the request.
Serve as a point of contact for employees whose questions are required to be directed through the office, particularly those who are stationed away from the main building in clinics.
You will be responsible for providing a supporting function for the logistics of general events, conferences, and meetings (such as catering, refreshments, venue bookings, required documents, and so on).
Act as the General Assistant Manager.
Perform occasional driving for the company
Minimum Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)
Grade 12 (Matric)
A period of at least two years or more in a position that is comparable
Effortless operation of a switchboard system is a desirable skill.
Putting the customer first
Skilled in the entirety of Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Outlook
The exposure to ESS is a beneficial factor.
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in the English language
Advantageous Requirements (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)
- A relevant postsecondary qualification in Secretarial Work
- Office Administration,
- Or a similar experience in field
