Learner Programme:
The theoretical component will be aligned to a NQF Learnership programme, and the practical on-site work experience will be designed to improve the skills and performance of entry-level learners in the workplace.
Both components will be aligned to a NQF Learnership programme.
The length of time that the program will be in effect is one year.
Students learn the fundamentals of reading, writing, arithmetic, communication, and the use of computers, in addition to the fundamentals of running a business successfully.
It is designed for individuals who have completed the Grade 12/Matric and are looking to develop essential professional skills.
Learners will provide administrative support to improve the efficiency of managers and the departments as a whole as part of their preparation for entering the workforce during the portion of the training that places an emphasis on practical application.
This will take place as part of their preparation for entering the workforce.
The theoretical component of the class will focus on developing skills such as mathematical literacy, communication skills, and computer skills, as well as covering topics such as entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, and business operations.

- Matric/ Grade 12
Core Elements:
Engage in the Learnership program, and ensure that you pass all of the associated assessments with flying colors;
Participate in all of the required activities and simulations that are designed to get you ready for the work environment you will be entering.
