Midrand is home to the central headquarters of Emergency Medical Services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12/ comparable education and related experience in Human Resource Management.
A familiarity with the policies, delegations, and prescripts pertaining to human resources.
Must be proficient in the use of computers, and familiarity with the PERSAL system is required.
Skills in both interpersonal interaction and communication (verbal and written). A driver’s license that is still current.

DUTIES:

The successful candidates will be accountable for providing administrative support for Human Resource Management, including but not limited to Appointment, Transfer, Promotion, Service termination, PMDS, Procedure on Incapacity Leave and ILL Health Retirement (PILIR), Leave, Injury on duty, Overtime, filling of documents, OSD Translation, Recruitment and Selection.

Participating in meetings, drafting PERSAL directives, and aiding with the taking of meeting minutes are some of your responsibilities.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and handle any other HR-related tasks that may have been assigned to you by your supervisor.
