REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications equal to a National Senior Certificate, Matric, or Grade 12 together with one to two years of relevant experience in Health Data administration and the following prescripts:
Policy on the DMHIS, computer literacy.
A current driver’s license and familiarity with DHIS are also required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the upkeep of all EMS stations,
Before capturing, make sure that the patient report forms (PRF) and the Daily input forms sheet have been checked and verified.
Please inform the Shift Supervisors or the station manager of any issues that have been noticed on the Daily input sheet.

If a Daily Data Collecting (DDC) site indicates capturing date and sign, capture verified data for Station on web DHIS.
Check for any outliers and make any necessary comments.
Check for any missing data, write a note, and then mark the record for follow-up.
Perform any ad hoc activities that have been allocated to you by your supervisor or District managers.
Mark the record for follow-up if it is relevant.
