REQUIREMENTS :
Grade ten with 0-2 years’ expertise as a Porter in an exceedingly Hospital atmosphere,
Grade twelve certificate with zero expertise, should be able to work besieged.
Ability to figure effectively in an exceedingly team.
Good communication and social skills.
Must be able to handle repetitive work and apply Batho-Pele principles.

DUTIES :
Accompanying walking patients, patients on wheelchairs or stretchers to
various service points.
Collection of corpses from wards to Mortuary when hours.
Assisting in loading and off-loading patients from Ambulances and personal cars.
Cleaning of wheelchairs and stretchers.
Reporting of broken instrumentality to the supervisor.
Collection of wheelchairs and stretchers from all hospital treatment points to the Porter’s Bay and perform the other duty delegated by supervisor.

SALARY :
R104 073 once a year (Level 02), (plus benefits)
CENTRE :
Odi District Hospital

REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 10/12 NQF level two or equivalent qualification, no expertise/experience needed, able to read and write, smart communication and social skills.
Motivated and temperament to figure besieged and work shifts, together with weekend, night shift and public holidays.
Able to work within a team.
Must be willing to find out and use totally different improvement equipment’s and detergents.

DUTIES :
Perform routine improvement service.
Cleaning of workplace, windows, empty bin, wash and strip the floors and apply polish.
Be ready to rotate at intervals the scope of labor. Adherence to separation of waste and infection management observe.
Packing of unpolluted linen within the wards.
Clean all refrigerators, improvement of beds together with pad, improvement of equipment’s when use, assortment of waste
containers and playacting any lawful/legal duties delegated by the supervisor.
