OBLIGATIONS :
The occupant will be answerable for support of flowerbeds and planting of annuals and perennials, eliminating weeds in hard surfaces, clearing hard surfaces, keeping up with regulation edges, coordinating and preparing yards, announcing shortcomings and treating yards, gathering and of nursery decline onto Trucks and bakkies, gathering and stacking of family reject on to trucks and bakkies and cleaning of gear.
