YOUTH LEARNERSHIPS X26

Unemployed people who are interested in participating in a Learnership Programme offered by Toyota Boshoku South Africa have the option to do so.
The programme will last for a duration of one year.

During their participation in the Learnership Programme, the Learners will be eligible for a stipend, and they will also have the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and practical work experience, as well as obtain a National Certificate in Production Technology at NQF Level 2 (X6) and Level 3 Qualifications (X20).

LEARNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AT A BARE MINIMUM:

•You must be a citizen of South Africa.
• You must have a valid South African identification document.
•You must have completed Matric or Grade 12 (including Pure Math and English).
• You must meet all of the following requirements.
• To qualify, you must be jobless and between the ages of 18 and 28.

LEARNERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate well in English;
• Time management skills;
• Self-motivation;
• Participation in team activities;
• Dedication to learning and a desire to work in a fast-paced setting

TBSA members will be able to submit a maximum of one applicant.
The corporation maintains the right to give first priority to children of TBSA members, both biological and adoptive, who will fit the conditions.

Successful applicants will be required to sign into a legally binding contract with TBSA & MERSETA and will be expected to successfully complete the Learnership Programme over the course of a year.

Candidates who have been shortlisted will be interviewed as part of the selection process.
