Primary PURPOSE OF JOB
To advance income by guaranteeing that an exact record is created for every patient and the case document contains all the applicable supporting documentation. To recognize patterns with data that is reliably wrong from branches, and to report these to the Accounts Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Precise and lucky catching and charging reproduction of cases submitted to funders
Complete all cases to guarantee these contain all source records
Guarantee patient secrecy is kept up with through adherence to moral strategies and methods
Guarantee client fulfillment through viable correspondence with different offices

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Fundamental EDUCATION: Grade 12
Wanted EDUCATION: None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Fundamental MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience in a medical care climate
Wanted EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as an Accounts Controller/Data Capture Clerk; Experience in a medical care climate

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Shows essential life systems (limits) and clinical phrasing
Account holders and loan bosses (invoicing; compromise and so forth.)
Application and ramifications of duty arrangements of Assistance Companies/Medical Aids/Corporate Agreements and Branch Agreements
PC education (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

Shows capability in the Patient Administration programs and the application thereof (SAP and CAD), strategies and techniques
Precise composing abilities (no less than 40wpm)
Working use of and reliably acts as per, Administration strategies and techniques (for example Patient Confidentiality, and so on ). Working use of Billing Protocols, Government Gazette and accommodation of cases.
