Clover is looking for Merchandisers to provide service to specific stores by ensuring that stock levels are maintained and reducing the number of sales that are returned or claimed.

The prerequisites
The equivalent of the NQF4 or Matric.
Business English: Completely fluent.
Weekends, holidays, and work shifts are all examples.

Manage and place orders for stock
In the store and in the back-up area, where Clover stock is handled, be sure to implement the appropriate stock control measures.
Returns should be controlled, minimized, and recorded in accordance with the store’s work plan.
Avoid situations in which there is a lack of stock at all times, and if it does occur, report it to AM.
In accordance with the ordering tempo, place an order that is both accurate and timely.
Always make sure that the products on the shelf are clean and organized.
Ensure that the store has adequate control over its crates and equipment in accordance with the company’s policy.
At all times, establish and maintain a good business relationship with the store management, the assistant manager, the head of the department, customers, and fellow merchandisers.
Apply the appropriate shelve control in accordance with the store and shelve plans that have been indicated.
The shelves should be packed in accordance with the Store Flow, which is indicated by the AM, and basic merchandising rules should be applied.
Maintaining the refrigerator in the appropriate manner at all times is essential.
Always make sure to keep the indicated shelf set in accordance with the plannos or generic shelf set that is provided.
Always ensure that the PI label is present on each product.
The point-of-sale material should be positioned in the designated area and kept in good condition at all times.
Preserve the administration that is pertinent
Take advantage of every available opportunity in the store to increase the visibility of products on the shelf.
Take the time to cultivate and sustain positive business relationships.
Always make sure to manage your relationships with the store management, the AM, the HO, the customers, and your fellow merchandisers.
