We have an extraordinary opportunity for a Sales Agent (Field) x4 to be located in Alexandra, Gauteng.

The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Mobile Department in order to maximize the company’s profits and expand its consumer base through marketing campaigns.

What You Will Contribute to the Brand:

• Customer Service: Provide assistance to clients with the establishment of accounts and all betting inquiries.
• Drive daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating and/or explaining mobile products, utilization methods, and services to encourage customers to purchase products or utilize our services.
• Implement mobile marketing campaigns to augment sales and establish new online accounts.
• It is imperative that they maintain records of their sales activities and provide management with daily updates on their progress.
• Increase the visibility of the mobile brand.
• Establish and organize displays at outlets, events, and promotions to captivate the attention of both existing and potential customers.
• Assist clients in the submission of accurate FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
• Ensure that the sign-up incentive is utilized by the new customer to place a wager upon the opening of an account, and instruct the customer on how to place a wager on the mobile applications.
• To foster a favorable impression on consumers, ensure that work areas are well-organized.
• Guarantee that all mobile equipment is managed, stored, and maintained in a safe manner.
• Moodle, Bet Strike, and Voice Note completion on a weekly basis Training and Trainers on Wheels
• It may be necessary to travel between branches and stores in accordance with operational requirements.
• Any additional responsibilities that may be necessary within the organization.
