In our Maintenance environment, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Apprenticeship: Millwright. Our apprentice will be a part of a three-year training program.
Excellent opportunity for a young person who is motivated by self-development as well as commitment and drive to learn. This will include accredited theoretical and practical training that, if completed successfully, will lead to you becoming a qualified millwright. Qualification Requirements
N2, with four (4) trade-related topics:
Engineering Mathematics
Engineering Science Electrical (advantageous)
Mechanical and electrical drawings
N3 certification will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
Analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to contribute in a high-performance environment.
Apprentices at Premier gain valuable work experience, skills, and knowledge that will help them advance in their careers.
We expose our candidates to real work in our production environments, as well as business projects and other business initiatives, during our program.
Our Apprenticeship program includes relevant training and mentoring, as well as formal and informal guidance.
This apprenticeship will be a three-year program with in-service training, and after passing the trade test, the applicant will be considered a qualified millwright.
