We are looking for a Withdrawals Administrator, and this is an incredible opportunity.

Manage the banking information of customers in order to process electronic funds transfer withdrawals and answer questions from customers regarding withdrawals through the appropriate communication channels.

REQUIREMENTS :
Experience in administrative work.
1-Year Experience Working in a Contact Center
In addition to having knowledge and experience with direct email communication, you should also have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft-related programs like Microsoft Team, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
A Completed Administration Certificate will be benificially

Customers can contact you through a variety of communication channels, such as email, live chat, and phone calls, and you will respond to their questions and requests to update their banking information.
You should make sure that questions are answered promptly at the point of call whenever it is possible, and you should also follow up on questions that have been escalated to other departments until they are answered appropriately.
In addition to ensuring that the optimal turnaround time for account inquiries is maintained, it is important to make sure that the team demonstrates good customer service principles when interacting with customers and other members of the internal team, departments, and branches.
Through providing outstanding service to customers, you should make sure that the company’s brand and image are promoted.
Based on the nature of the query, it is important to identify the underlying causes of customer and audit inquiries and to investigate the various methods and initiatives that can be implemented to reduce specific customer and audit inquiries.
Make certain that quality targets are met and that interventions are carried out in order to improve quality in areas where there are deficiencies wherever and whenever they are required.
Updating customer shared folders should be done consistently.
When necessary, provide assistance with withdrawals.
