POSITION PURPOSE:
The arrangement of berthing and related administrations to the Maritime Industry.
The consequence of the help arrangement is as per the following:
• Berthed and cruised vessels.
• Given new water to vessels
• Kept up with navigational guides and Dry-dock and slipway
• Controlled contamination
POSITION YIELDS:
A: BERTHING SERVICES:
• Make up hurling lines, including grafting ropes and making of “monkey’s clench hand”.
• Make quick or let go the securing ropes of vessels entering or leaving a compartment.
• Make quick or let go vessels utilizing the securing floats, working in perilous circumstances on the float or from a send off
(inward safe haven)
• Twist vessels i.e.: shift vessels from one quay to another.
• Handle slip and flood dock wires when vessels are entering or leaving the graving dock or slipway (slipping of vessels).

B. WATER SUPPLY
