Introduction

Clover has an interesting an opportunity for the jobless youth to join the outreach group as a Merchandiser. The reason for the program is to give you a year work insight. These positions are based at Clover’s branches, including Clayville, Bloemfontein, CDC Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh and Port Shepstone). Clover is focused on upskilling the young people of South Africa.

Requirements Required:

• Range of 18 and 35 years of age;
• have a matric qualification
• are presently jobless;
• have not taken part in a YES Program with one more association previously.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Control and order stock

• Apply right stock control estimates available and in back-up where Clover stock is taken care of
• Control, limit and review returns as indicated by store work plan
• Keep away from unavailable circumstances consistently and report to AM on the off chance that it happens
• Put in exact and lucky request as per the requesting rhythm
• Guarantee perfect and neat items on shelves consistently
• Guarantee appropriate case and equipment control at the store as per organization strategy
• Lay out and keep up with great business relationship with store the board, AM, HO, Clients and individual Merchandisers consistently
• Apply right hold control regarding showed store and hold plans
• Pack racks in terms of the Store Flow as demonstrated by the AM and applying essential marketing rules
• Guarantee that the refrigerator is appropriately kept up with consistently
• Keep up with demonstrated rack set as far as the gave plannos or nonexclusive shelves set
