Position Goal:
To expose young South African talent to the working world, the YPT program will last for two years.
Through this initiative, young, brilliant people will have the chance to develop and interact on a national level.
Position results
•Transnet Pipelines provides chances on a Young Professional-In-Training program for young professionals/graduates of universities or universities of technology, between the ages of 18 and 35.
•This two-year structured development program aims to give young professionals and recent graduates workplace exposure so they may get work experience.
•Assessments are conducted every six months until the program’s conclusion.
